Jonquille H Arts, LLC ("the Company") has established the following refund policy. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms:
Original Artwork:

All sales of original artwork are final unless damaged during transit

Damage claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery

Photo documentation of damage required

Return shipping costs for damaged items covered by the Company

Refunds processed within 7-10 business days after inspection

Original shipping costs non-refundable unless error by Company
Workshops:

Cancellations made 7+ days prior: Full refund

Cancellations 3-6 days prior: 50% refund

Cancellations within 48 hours: No refund

Company reserves right to cancel workshops with full refund

No refunds for no-shows

Weather-related cancellations subject to rescheduling
General Terms:

Refunds will be issued to original payment method

Limitation of Liability: The Company's maximum liability limited to purchase price of product/service. Company not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
