REFUND POLICY

A legal disclaimer

Jonquille H Arts, LLC ("the Company") has established the following refund policy. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms:

Original Artwork:

  • All sales of original artwork are final unless damaged during transit

  • Damage claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery

  • Photo documentation of damage required

  • Return shipping costs for damaged items covered by the Company

  • Refunds processed within 7-10 business days after inspection

  • Original shipping costs non-refundable unless error by Company

Workshops:

  • Cancellations made 7+ days prior: Full refund

  • Cancellations 3-6 days prior: 50% refund

  • Cancellations within 48 hours: No refund

  • Company reserves right to cancel workshops with full refund

  • No refunds for no-shows

  • Weather-related cancellations subject to rescheduling

General Terms:

  1. Refunds will be issued to original payment method

  2. Processing fees non-refundable

  3. Company reserves right to modify policy

  4. Special orders/commissions non-refundable

  5. Virtual workshops non-refundable once access provided

Limitation of Liability: The Company's maximum liability limited to purchase price of product/service. Company not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
