Artwork Shipping:

• All original artwork is professionally packaged and insured

• Custom crating for larger pieces

• Tracking provided for all shipments

Delivery Timeframes:

• US Domestic: 5-7 business days

• International: 10-14 business days (may vary by location)

• Processing time: 2-3 business days

Important Notes:

• Signature required for deliveries over $500

• Weather delays beyond our control

• International customers responsible for duties/taxes

• Claims for damage must be filed within 48 hours

• Photo documentation required for damage claims

• Additional fees apply for oversized artwork

• No shipping to P.O. boxes for original artwork
